Barleylodge Consulting maintains a set of policies to support responsible business conduct, protect information and guide the way we work with clients, colleagues and delivery partners. Our approach is proportionate to our consultancy services and the requirements of each engagement.

Our policy framework

Information and records. Data Privacy and Protection, Records Management, Information Security, and Security Incident Management cover responsible handling, retention, protection and incident response.

Business conduct. Our Anti-Bribery Policy, Prevention of Facilitation of Tax Evasion Policy, and Fraud Policy and Response Plan set expectations for honest dealings and the reporting and handling of concerns.

People and working arrangements. Our Diversity and Inclusion and Health and Safety policies address fair treatment, respectful behaviour and safe working.

Operational risk. Our Operational Risk Management Statement covers delivery responsibilities, business dependencies and proportionate continuity arrangements.

Responsibility and review

The directors oversee the policy framework. Policies are reviewed at least annually and sooner when material changes or concerns require it. Relevant policies and guidance are shared with employees and subcontractors according to their roles. Client-specific obligations are considered as part of each engagement.
